Sarah Elizabeth Singleton

Funeral services for Sarah Elizabeth Singleton, age 88, will be held on Thursday June 21, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Don Dyer officiating. Burial will follow at Mt Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ms. Singleton a retire inspector was born in Gibson Co. Tennessee on October 3, 1929 to the late Milburn and Evelyn Mullins Mitchell, and passed away Monday June 18, 2018 at Jackson Madison Co General Hospital.

She is survived by two daughters Joye (Brad) Thetford of Covington, Tennessee, Donna (Lonnie) Rinks of Bradford Tennessee, one son Mitch (Linda) Cates of Bradford, Tennessee, one brother Eddie (Vickie) Mitchell of Milan, Tennessee, seven grandchildren; Tommy Thetford, Jill Vivrette, Lori Wood, Ryan Rinks, Melanie High, Greg Rinks, Chris Rinks, seven great grandchildren.

Ms. Singleton is preceded in death by her husbands Leon Cates, and Lewis Singleton, brothers Paul Wendell Mitchell, and Bobby Glenn Mitchell.

Pallbearers: Kelsey Wood, Ryan Rinks, Tommy Thetford, Cobene Thetford, Donald Ray High, and Tommy Vivrette. Honorary Pallbearers : Billy Cates, and Eddie Mitchell.
