Regina Irene (Bannister) Foren

Regina Irene Bannister Foren of Southaven, Mississippi went to her eternal home on September 11, 2021.

Born on August 9, 1930 to the late Mary E. and Gilbert Bannister, she is preceded in death by her two sisters and three brothers.

Regina is survived by one son Eddie W. (Dawn) Foren of Las Vegas NV., her daughter Sandra (Tim) Buchanan of Southaven Mississippi, Patti (Jeff) Tingle of Collierville, Tennessee. She leaves five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Regina was a member of the Southaven Church of Christ and a retired from the Memphis City Schools System.

Funeral service for Regina I. Foren, will be held on Wednesday September 15, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with brother Ernest Pounds officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
