Funeral services for Patricia Ann Austin, age 62 will be held on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the Hunt Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Belew's Chapel Cemetery.

Patricia, a homemaker was born in Chicago, Ill. on December 2, 1953 and passed away Saturday June 25, 2016 at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital.

She is survived by her daughter Michelle (Randy) Whitehead of Bradford, Tennessee, two sons Dustin(Felcia) West of Bradford, Tennessee, Jon Austin of Bradford, Tennessee, mother Lucille Fisher of Greenfield, Tennessee, brother Gale Reynolds of Bradford, Tennessee, three sisters, LaDonna Patterson of Trenton, Tennessee, Tammy Lucas of Trenton, Tennessee and Lisa Reynolds of Zena Ohio. five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
