Marvin Etheridge Knott

Funeral services for Marvin Etheridge Knott, age 84 will be held Thursday September 7, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Billy Hanks officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday from 11:30 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Knott a retired maintenance worker was born in Gibson Co. Tennessee on January 22, 1933 and passed away Monday September 4, 2017 at his residence.

He survived by his daughter Lisa Dawn Knott Carroll of Paris, Tennessee, sister Frances Dowland of Trezevant, Tennessee, two grandchildren Amber Lowery, Mikayla, Carroll, three great grandchildren Blake Lowery, Addison Lowery, and Channing Lowery.

He preceded in death by his wife Margaret Knott, and son Tony Knott.
