Rene Hampton Arrington, 61, of Bradford, (Skullbone) Tennessee passed away October 8th, 2020. She was born November 8, 1958 in Berwyn, IL to Landon and Ruby Hampton.
Married to the late Mike Arrington soon after graduation from Bradford High School. They had two children, Tyler Arrington (Worthy) and Jessie Keymon (Zac). Two grandchildren Walker Arrington and Oliver Keymon.
She worked for the United States Army as a civilian at the Milan Army Ammunition Plant and retired with 30 years of service. Her and her husband also owned and operated Amtek Precision Products in Bradford, TN. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church where she played the organ and taught Sunday School for many years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mike Arrington; father, Landon Hampton; father-in-law, James Arrington.
She is survived by her two children, Tyler Arrington(Worthy) and Jessie Keymon(Zac); Brother, Mark Hampton(Delana); Mother, Ruby Hampton. Mother in Law, Rachel Arrington. Sister In Laws; Diane Simmons and Kathy McCoy(Dewey). Nephews, Gentry Hampton(Allie) and Grant Hampton. Nieces, Jennifer Walters(Nathan), Denise McCoy, Anna Eaton(Jason).
Services will be held Sunday, October 11th at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Skullbone, TN. Visitation 1:00-4:00 with funeral beginning at 4:00. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Gentry Hampton, Grant Hampton, Ron Neff, Dustin McCartney, Randall Yates, and Justin Lowery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
