I've had the honor of knowing Jerry for over 25 years as an aviation mentor, co worker, patriot, neighbor and just an awesome friend over all the years. We would catch up and chat about anything and everything as we often did. We always talked about the good times, aviation, travel and positive things in life. those times will be sorely missed. Ann, Jason, Angela and the entire Harwood family...you are all in my prayers, thoughts and my sincere condolences to all of you....Jerry my very good friend...may you Rest In Peace. I'll have some more aviation stories for you when we meet again....God bless you and Godspeed my friend.....

It has been our honor to share friendship with Ann and Jerry for the past thirteen years. Jerry's love and commitment to our Jade Palm community was exemplary and heartfelt. We also shared Jerry's passionate love of music. When he and Ann attended our performances Jerry really connected with our songs. Whenever we play SATIN DOLL, Jerry's favorite song, it will be sung for him. Ann, our hearts and prayers are with you and the beautiful family you and Jerry created. Please call on us for anything we can help you with. Jerry, as we hold you in our hearts may the good Lord hold you in His arms.

Jerry and Ann have been our next door neighbors for the last 16 years and he was the first to reach out and welcome us to the community. He had been a close friend ever since. We often played golf together and enjoyed countless wine dinners with Jerry and Ann over the years. He was a true patriot and never waivered in his devotion to God, country and family. I am a better person for knowing him and proud to call him a true friend. Rest in Peace Jerry, until we meet again.

Jerry will be remembered as a wonderful neighbor, friend and champion of Jade Palm Condominium where he and Ann have resided since 1998. He spearheaded or participated in dozens of projects and improvements to our property and building over the years. By volunteering his time, energy and knowledge, Jerry helped to establish a strong board and to maintain continuity especially during times of change and challenge. He will be greatly missed! Our thoughts and prayers are with Ann and family.

Jerry Harwood was a true patriot who believed in his god and country as attested by his service during the Vietnam War. His loyalty to his wife of 62 years, Anne, and to his family is second to none. We all are blessed to have spent time together. Juliet and I are heartbroken but want the family to know they are in our prayers and thoughts. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to contact us.
