James Edward Wingo

Funeral services for James (Jimmy) Edward Wingo, age 79, will be held on Wednesday November 17, 2021 at 3 p.m. at Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Don Dyer officiating. Burial will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday November 16, 2021 at the funeral home.

Mr. Wingo was a retired Manager of TEC was born in Bradford, Tennessee on January 26, 1942 to the late John Edward and Abadee Lowery Wingo, and passed away Monday November 15, 2021 at his residence in Bradford, Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife Emma Kaye Wingo of Bradford, Tennessee, two daughters Cindy Mallard of Bradford, Tennessee, and Carol (Mark) DeLassus of Medina, Tennessee, two sons Jeff (Joyce) Wingo of Bradford, Tennessee, Al Wingo of Townsend, Tennessee one sister Rosa Wingo of Bradford, Tennessee, one brother Tommy (Denise) Wingo of Bradford, Tennessee, one sister in law Gloria Wingo of Milan, Tennessee, six grandchildren Bethany Garland, Cory Wingo, Harmony Mallard, Greyson Mallard, Ryleigh DeLassus, and Hailey DeLassus, three great grandchildren Keaton Garland, Ava Russell, and Jaylon Ball.
He is preceded in death by his brother Ray Wingo and his grandson Lucas Mallard.

Emma, my heart has been heavy for you since I found that Jimmy had passed. He was a fine man. My first memory of him was in school. You two had a full life together. May God bless you!!
