Helen Lannom Alexander

Funeral services for Mrs. Helen Lannom Alexander, age 92, will be Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 2 p.m. in the Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Bradford Cemetery. Visitation with family will be on Saturday from 5 until 8 p.m.

Mrs. Alexander, a retired teacher of 38 years for the Bradford Special School District, was born in Gibson County on October 8, 1931, and passed away at her residence on May 30, 2024, in Bradford, TN.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Tom Lee and Mary Witherspoon Lannom; her husband, Bobby Joe Alexander; her son, Terry Joe Alexander, and her brother, David Brown Lannom. 

She is survived by one son, Tommy (Dayna) Alexander of Bradford; four grandchildren, Anneliese Alexander, Tatum (Bethany) Alexander, Joe (Johnna) Alexander, and Dillon (Molly) Alexander; and five great-grandchildren, Dallas Alexander, Jerrett Alexander, Harper Alexander, Channing Alexander, and Heidi Lee Alexander.
