Funeral services for Mr. Freddie Gale McCartney, age 69, will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2022, at 2 p.m. in the Hunt Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Belew’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Freddie McCartney was born August 6, 1953, in Milan Tennessee and left this life January 1, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Howard and Lorene Williams McCartney; two brothers, Abner McCartney and Dwain McCartney; and one grandson, Andon McCartney.
He leaves Behind his wife of 48 years, Glenda Featherstone McCartney; three children, Jeremy (Ashley) McCartney, Johnny (Autumn) McCartney and Ashley McCartney; and seven grandchildren, Copelyn McCartney, Cole McCartney, Carter McCartney, Ashton McCartney, Ally McCartney, Emily McCartney and Devan Milliken.
