Benny Ray Laster

Funeral services for Benny Ray Laster, age 78, will be held on Sunday December 10, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Edward Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Pounds-Idlewild Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday from 5 until 8 p.m at the funeral home.

Mr. Laster a retired carrier was born in Milan Tennessee on March 23, 1939 to late William Wesley and Ura Carolyn Teague Laster, and passed away Wednesday December 06, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare Jackson, Tennessee.

He is survived by his two daughters Debbie (Gary) Rinks of Bradford, Tennessee, Donna (Lenny) Cuthbertson of Humboldt, Tennessee, one son Daryle (Deborah) Laster of Bradford, Tennessee, three sister Betty (Bill) Rust of Milan, Tennessee, Helen Carroll of Bradford, Tennessee, Faye (Aaron) Culver of Bradford, Tennessee, special friend Loretta George of Bradford, Tennessee, four grandchildren, Hunter Hames, Derek Laster, Shane Rinks, Jamie Rinks, three great grandchildren Logan Rinks, Holden Rinks, and Brantly Rinks.

Mr. Laster is preceded in death by his wife Betty Laster, sister Rebel Pratt, two brothers Joe Thomas Laster, and Marvin Laster.
